Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market (Dubai) | Open to Entry-Level & Experienced

Casa Bella Dubai is a boutique real estate agency specializing in Dubai’s secondary market, with a strong focus on quality listings, transparent deals, and long-term client relationships. We work with both standard and luxury properties and provide our agents with premium tools, fresh owner data, and full administrative support.

We’re looking for ambitious sales-driven Real Estate professionals including freshers who want to build a successful career in Dubai real estate. Professional training is provided.

Benefits & Compensation:

• High-Earning, Commission-Based Role (AED)

50% commission per deal, increased to 55% after AED 60,000 in earnings

• Earnings per deal:

* 30,000–80,000 AED (secondary market)
* 150,000–500,000 AED (luxury properties)
Strong income potential with full company support — built for agents who want to earn big.

• Probation: 1-3 months
• Resident visa (provided during probation for suitable candidates or immediately after the first deal)
• Health insurance
• Access to leading real estate tools and portals: Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Monitor, Genie Map, Fresh owner databases
• Professional photographer & videographer support (when needed)
• Full administrative support (contracts, listings, coordination)
• Working schedule: Monday – Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Manage secondary market sales and leasing transactions from first contact to deal closure
• Work with buyers and sellers, conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a professional experience
• Handle listings, follow-ups, and client pipelines using CRM and portals
• Collaborate with the team and management to improve results and deal flow

Requirements:

• Based in Dubai
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English required (additional languages are a plus)
• Sales mindset, target-driven, and motivated to earn
• Real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Freshers are welcome - full training for secondary market transactions provided
