Unwind Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage in Dubai known for exceptional client service, strong market knowledge, and consistent performance. With over AED 1 Billion in sales, we specialize in residential properties and deliver a premium experience to buyers and sellers across Dubai.

We are currently expanding our Secondary Market Division and are looking for driven, ambitious agents ready to dominate the ready property segment.

This is a commission-only role focused exclusively on the Secondary (Ready) Market in Dubai.

The agent will be responsible for generating their own listings through daily outbound calls, networking, and relationship building with property owners. You will manage the full sales cycle — from securing the listing to closing the deal.

This is not an off-plan position.

• Generate property listings through daily outbound calls and prospecting.
• Secure exclusive listings for ready properties (apartments, villas, townhouses).
• Conduct property valuations and pricing discussions with owners.
• Manage buyer inquiries and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Handle the full transaction process (Form A, Form F, trustee coordination, etc.).
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking.
• Build long-term relationships with landlords and property owners.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (Secondary Market preferred).
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s ready property transaction process.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and generate your own listings.
• Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• RERA certification preferred.
