Secondary Market Sales Agent – Dubai Real Estate

Full-Time | Base Salary + High Commission
Aston Gate Real Estate is seeking an experienced, aggressive, and highly motivated Secondary Sales Agent to manage and convert our steady flow of resale and rental leads. This role requires proven Dubai real estate experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity sales environment.
We are looking for a closer, not a trainee.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Respond to secondary leads immediately and maintain consistent daily follow-ups.
- Qualify buyers (budget, financing, timeline, motivation).
- Schedule and conduct property viewings on short notice.
- Maintain a strong active buyer pipeline and manage their requirements.
Sales & Negotiations
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms to secure the highest possible outcome.
- Prepare and manage Forms A/B/F, agreements, and required documentation.
- Work directly with landlords, sellers, and buyers to close transactions.
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on pricing trends, communities, inventory, and transaction data.
- Advise clients on realistic options based on budget and market conditions.
Professional Conduct
- Represent the Aston Gate brand at all times with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain clean communication via WhatsApp, CRM, and reporting systems.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Minimum 1–2 years Dubai secondary market experience (rentals or sales).
- Proven track record of closing deals in the UAE real estate market.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with high responsiveness and urgency.
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate forms, procedures, and compliance.
- Mobility (car preferred) and ability to attend viewings immediately.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of key communities: Marina, JVC, Downtown, Business Bay, JVT, Palm
- Ability to generate leads in addition to handling provided ones
Compensation
- Base salary: 3,500–6,000 AED (based on experience)
- Commission: 25–35% on secondary sales and rentals
- Performance bonuses based on monthly closings
- High-income potential for strong performers
