We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents and Team Leaders specializing in the secondary market (ready properties & resale). This role is ideal for professionals who already understand the Dubai market and want to scale with strong inventory access, serious buyers, and high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage buyer & seller leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong secondary market property portfolio (listings)
• Handle property listings, valuations, and client negotiations
• Manage end-to-end sales process (listing → viewing → negotiation → closing)
• Work actively on ready properties, resale deals, and investor portfolios
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified deals
• Coordinate with mortgage consultants, conveyancing teams, and developers
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and demand zones
• For Team Leaders:
• Manage and guide a team of agents
• Drive team targets, performance, and deal closures
• Support team with inventory, strategy, and conversions

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of Dubai real estate experience (MANDATORY)
• Strong experience in secondary market / ready property transactions
• Proven track record in listing acquisition and deal closures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients and investor portfolios
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, areas, and pricing trends
