Real Estate Agent Telecaller

MNR Real Estate is looking for a Female Sales Agent / Telecaller from Philippines to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of UAE experience, this is your opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to showcase property listings.
• Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to qualify leads.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings with the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Provide clients with property information, pricing, and payment plans.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Stay updated on market trends and available properties.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only; Pilipina nationals preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
