Job description

At Your Place Real Estate Agency, we focus on rentals, off-plan, and ready-to-move-in properties! Join our highly organized Italian agency, established in 2011. We provide our agents with complete marketing, sales administration, and management support. We are hiring efficient and experienced Real Estate Brokers to add to our team. You will assist landlords in closing deals for their properties and advise interested buyers and tenants. You will be responsible for growing our customer base by generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.

Responsibilities
  • Listing property for sale and rent Generate leads.
  • Make warm calls to prospect new listings/clients from our extensive database.
  • Arranging and attending property viewings
  • Collaborate with other members of sales team, marketing team, customer service team and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Negotiate pricing and offer s with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams and manage with all aspects of the sales and rent process.
  • Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up to date on industry trends and sales techniques.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure future business.
  • Receive leads and manage enquiries by qualifying the client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial action taken on leads for sales/rentals in the company s CRM system.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English + Native speaker/Fluent in one or more European languages / Russian Languages.
  • Driving license and own car.
  • Target driven.
  • Strong sales background.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
