Who This Role Is For

This role is for an agent who:

• Already understands Dubai real estate

• Wants to build something meaningful, not just chase splits

What You’ll Actually Do (No Fluff)

**• Handle your own portfolio of clients and leads across residential & off-plan

• Conduct viewings, consultations, negotiations, and closings

• Advise clients from first inquiry to final transfer

• Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors

• Use CRM properly (we care about follow-up, not chaos)

• Stay on top of market trends, pricing, and RERA updates

• Work closely with management — your voice matters here

Who You Are

**• 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience

• A proven closer (sales or leasing)

• Strong communicator with real client empathy

• Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable

• Solid knowledge of Dubai communities & off-plan projects

• Fluent English (other languages are a strong plus)

• UAE driving license preferred

• MUST have RERA card
