Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction process
• Keep informed about UAE market trends, property valuations, and real estate regulations
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Source new property listings and verify ownership documentation to expand the company portfolio
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Develop and maintain strong connections with property owners, investors, and developers
• Prepare and manage compelling property listings, including photography, descriptions, and marketing materials
• Conduct property assessments and market research to uncover new opportunities
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and follow up effectively to ensure successful deal closures
• Negotiate terms and finalize transactions while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
