Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our Research and Advisory Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive feasibility studies and preparing in-depth market research reports. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies for potential real estate projects.

• Prepare detailed market research reports.

• Analyze market trends and data to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide research-based advisory services.

• Present findings & recommendations to clients. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in real estate analysis or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Must be fluent in English & Arabic.
