Real Estate Asset Manager

We are seeking a driven Asset Management Associate to lead the performance and strategy for a real estate portfolio comprised of large retail assets. This role is instrumental in maximizing asset value and returns through leasing strategy, financial oversight, property enhancements, and market adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset management plans to improve NOI and long-term value.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of properties.
• Lead leasing strategy: manage broker relations, optimize tenant mix, and negotiate lease terms.
• Supervise property operations with third-party managers to ensure high standards and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate and underwrite new acquisitions; lead due diligence and investment memos.
• Monitor compliance, resolve lease-related legal matters, and mitigate property risks.
• Analyze market trends and generate regular reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in asset management.
• Strong financial modeling, lease negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive strategy while managing multiple projects cross-functionally.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• 5 days in office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
