Job Title: Licensed Real Estate Assistant | Production & Mentorship Opportunity

Job Type: Part-Time Hybrid | Commission + Monthly Retainer

Location: Charleston, SC (Downtown + Surrounding Areas)

About the Role

Charleston real estate agent seeking a licensed associate who wants real deal exposure, mentorship, and structured income opportunity.

This is for a licensed agent who is building their own business and wants proximity to production, off-market opportunities, and hands-on transaction experience while earning consistent income.

You will work directly under a downtown-focused agent with active listings, development projects, and buyer pipeline.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Managing a marketing firm to draft monthly newsletters, Weekly emails for open houses- Listings to watch, Create simple open house marketing materials
• Coordinate listings by Creating Listing landing pages, Upload listings to MLS, staging installs, and maintenance coordination
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar invites
• Capturing instagram leads, and onboarding as a buyer
• Assist with CRM follow-up

Field & Transaction Support

• Host / prep open houses
• Conduct showings when needed
• Closing coordinator by assisting with contract-to-close management
• Coordinate inspections and appraisals, Draft addendums
• Onboard new clients

Ideal Candidate

• Active South Carolina real estate license
• 0–3 years in the business
• Hungry and coachable
• Strong communicator
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable with Google Drive, MLS systems, and CRM platforms
• Available on some weekends for open houses
• Wants mentorship and real deal exposure
