• Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing real estate listings and databases
• Coordinate property showings and open houses
• Utilize AI tools to analyze market trends and property data
• Facilitate communication between agents, clients, and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
• Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Assistant or similar role
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in real estate
• Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations

Lead Generation: AI systems can automate lead generation and follow-ups, increasing the volume of leads and conversion rates.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
