Real Estate Assistant to CEO and Broker

This is not an ordinary assistant position.

The CEO and Operating Broker of a fast growing real estate and technology company is seeking a direct Real Estate Assistant to work side by side on high impact projects, client coordination, showings, closings, and technology development.

This role offers rare exposure to leadership, operations, sales strategy, Zillow Flex lead flow, and the development of a growing tech platform tied to real estate.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assisting the CEO and Broker directly
  • Coordinating showings and property tours
  • Hosting and attending property showings
  • Managing calls, client communication, and scheduling
  • Assisting with transaction coordination and closings
  • Working inside MLS and reviewing listing data
  • Supporting marketing and CRM management
  • Assisting with Zillow Flex lead coordination
  • Participating in development and testing of our growing technology business

This is a hands on role with real exposure to decision making and deal flow.

Requirements

  • Must have an ACTIVE California DRE License
  • Must have MLS access
  • Must have access to SUPRA lockboxes
  • You do NOT need to change brokerages
  • Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred but not required. Strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of negotiation strategies, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, administrative software, and basic marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high performance team.
