What You’ll Do:

• Guide buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clients through networking and outreach
• Conduct property showings, market analysis, and pricing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish
• Stay up to date with local market trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
