Real Estate Associate Lawyer with c 3- 5 PQE, sought to join Leading Global / Elite Law Firm in Riyadh.

I'm currently working with a leading international law firm that is looking to hire a talented Real Estate Associate to join its growing Riyadh office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the region's premier real estate practices, advising sovereign wealth funds, government entities, institutional investors, developers, investment funds, family offices and multinational corporates on many of the GCC's most significant and complex real estate transactions.

The team advises across the full spectrum of real estate matters, including:

• Real estate acquisitions and disposals

• Mixed-use, hospitality, residential, industrial and logistics developments

• Joint ventures and strategic investment structures

• Real estate private equity and institutional investments

• Development projects and construction-related transactions

• Commercial leasing and asset management

• Real estate finance and structured finance

• Corporate real estate and portfolio transactions

You'll work closely with a highly regarded regional team on landmark Vision 2030 projects and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, offering exceptional exposure to some of the region's most high-profile developments.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' post-qualification experience gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm, with strong experience in commercial real estate, investment transactions, development projects, real estate finance or broader corporate real estate matters.

Saudi Arabian or GCC National qualified lawyers are strongly preferred. Previous experience advising on Saudi Arabian or GCC real estate matters is essential at a Legal 500 Ranked Law Firm.
