The Real Estate Associate is responsible for identifying, securing, and launching new locations for the company’s quick commerce operations.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential retail shops for dark stores in targeted areas.
• Gather information on available retail spaces, lease terms, rental rates, and market conditions.
• Evaluate potential retail shops based on predefined criteria, such as location, size, layout, accessibility, and proximity to target customer segments.
• Utilize online platforms, databases, and industry resources to search for available retail spaces and track market trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct site visits, take measurements, and document key details about each location.
• Support in negotiating lease agreements and liaise with landlords and property owners as needed.
• Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contractors to evaluate and optimize the layout and design of dark stores spaces.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas where our dark stores can gain a competitive advantage.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, including recommendations for potential dark store locations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to dark store operations and real estate.

What you'll need:

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.
• Excellent English vocabulary & writing skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility and get the task done.
• Must have good knowledge in MS office and presentation skills
