REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

You will join a collegial, highly experienced group of fantastic attorneys and professionals who will focus on your career development as we collectively provide the highest level of legal advice and service to the firm’s clients. In your new role you will have the ability to make a substantial and meaningful impact on the lives of our clients as you help guide them through the process of buying, selling, leasing, financing and developing real estate in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Your compensation will consist of a salary AND a percentage of the income your clients generate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions and matters including negotiation of real estate transactional documentation
• Represent clients before municipal boards
• Conduct appropriate legal research
• Enjoy a collaborative relationship with our other attorneys, paralegals and staff
• Maintain a useful understanding of changes in relevant laws ensuring the highest level of legal representation
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
• Familiarity with real estate transaction processes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent people skills focused on the ability to build rapport with clients
