Real Estate Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our busy legal practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of real estate law, including but not limited to commercial leasing, real estate development and real estate sales and acquistions. This position involves providing legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of ten (10) years' commercial real estate law experience in a private practice setting and must be a member of the Hawaii bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
