Real Estate Attorney

Position: Principal Attorney
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 years (Post-qualification)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Attorney with proven expertise in real estate litigation and arbitration. The candidate should be capable of independently managing commercial suits, arbitration proceedings, and coordinating closely with the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft suits, claims, responses, and petitions across commercial and real estate matters.
• Represent clients before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.
• Manage arbitration proceedings independently and brief Senior Counsel as required.
• Oversee disputes related to redevelopment, title, and construction.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, Contract Act, CPC, and Arbitration Act.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and strategic litigation skills.
• LLB with 8–10 years of litigation experience.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Nariman Point office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
