Job Title: Real Estate Attorney (Residential or Commercial)

We are seeking a motivated real estate attorney to join our South Shore-area team. We are interested in residential or commercial real estate attorneys. Candidates with portable business can qualify for a signing bonus and earn increased commission.

The ideal candidate must be:

• Caring, compassionate and comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in every customer service situation
• Self-starter and someone who possess a strong ability to develop and deepen relationships with clients, customers, loan officers and agents
• A team-player able to work independently and collaboratively
• Organized and an excellent communicator, written and verbally

Qualifications

• Individual must be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
• A solid understanding of purchase money transactions and all overall aspects of the closing process
• Proven track record of representing buyers and sellers from contract to closing
