Real Estate Attorney

DeNoia, Tambasco & Germann LLC is seeking a New Jersey-licensed attorney to join the firm on an of counsel or full time basis to handle residential and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing real estate matters from attorney review through closing, with the support of experienced staff. There is also an opportunity to assist with matters in the firm's existing practice areas, including personal injury, employment law, and civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct attorney review of residential and commercial real estate contracts
• Negotiate contract terms, inspection issues, and title matters with opposing counsel
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process
• Review title commitments, surveys, and closing documents
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and realtors as needed
• Assist with civil litigation, personal injury, and employment matters as the need arises

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New Jersey bar in good standing
• Experience with New Jersey residential real estate transactions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision

Job Type: Of Counsel or Full Time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
