Property Consultant for Off-plan and Secondary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their property needs, budget, and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Organized viewings and assist clients identifying properties based on their on their needs.
• Provide personalized advice based on market conditions and client goals.
• Schedule and accompany clients on property tours.
• Stay up to date with property markets trends, pricing, and new developments.
• Analyse local market data to determine competitive property prices.

Qualifications:

• With experience in real estate, property sales, or consulting (min 1year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Market analysis and research skills.
• Local market knowledge.
• Understanding of property law and financial terms.
• Persistence and self-motivation.
