About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated multilingual real estate professionals to join our growing team at 800Homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Dubai’s real estate market, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and a client-first mindset.

As a Real Estate Agent at 800Homes, you will represent premium developers, conduct property tours, close sales, and maintain long-term client relationships — while receiving full support through training, leads, marketing, and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through company-generated platforms and personal networking
• Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities professionally
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and payment plans
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, communities, and developers
• Handle negotiations and closing transactions with integrity and efficiency
• Build and maintain a strong client database and referral network
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English + any additional language(s) such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French, Chinese, or Farsi
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• RERA certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
