We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our growing team and lead agents to success.

Responsibilities:

• Calling fresh off plan leads
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and property listings.
• Advise clients on the best real estate investment opportunities.
• Manage property viewings, negotiations, and deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends and market conditions.
• Manage real estate transactions from listing to closing with professionalism and accuracy.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and property values.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with buyers, sellers, and third parties.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
