Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with a strong network, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions. As a broker, you will lead client engagements, manage property portfolios, and contribute to strategic growth in one of the region’s most dynamic real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and manage residential and commercial property portfolios
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions
• Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations with professionalism and accuracy
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, lead generation, and client servicing
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• RERA or DMT certification preferred
