Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing property transactions, and providing advisory services to clients across Dubai’s residential and commercial sectors. The goal is not just transaction volume, but building trusted advisor relationships with clients—offering convenience while growing your portfolio through multiple real estate services, allowing you to reach your goals in a more efficient way

Key Responsibilities

● Prospect new leads through calling, networking, referrals, portals, and company marketing initiatives

● Handle both buyer and seller/investor inquiries professionally and promptly Conduct property viewings and negotiations with landlords, tenants, and investors

● Manage the full sales and leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure

● Maintain an updated property database and listings on major portals & CRM

● Prepare contracts (Form A, B, F, MOU) and ensure all document accuracy with support from our admin

● Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities

● Meet monthly performance targets and KPIs set by management

● Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business

● Coordinate with developers, mortgage brokers, and legal consultants

● Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations

● Maintain high levels of professionalism and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

● Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory)

● Existing clientele base/network and portfolio of “done deals” (for sale rent or offplan) - minimum one deal closed

● Strong Strategic Sales mindset for forecasting and realistically reaching targets & KPIs

● Focus on building strong client relationships that drive referrals, repeat business, and cross/upselling beyond one-off transactions.

● Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)

● Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property market

● Excellent prospecting, negotiation, closing, and communication skills

● Entrepreneurial, Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality

● Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

● RERA certification (or willing to obtain)

● Familiar with CRM systems and real estate portals (Property Finder, PropSpace, Salesforce)

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
