Real Estate Broker

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a commission-based role suited for driven professionals with a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record of successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs
• Negotiate property deals and close transactions efficiently
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• RERA certification is a plus
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
