Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and conversion performance
- Coach, train, and support agents in sales techniques and negotiations
- Assist with high-value deal closures and client negotiations
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure quality lead generation and follow-up
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Proven experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
