Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker with a solid track record in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge, an existing client base, and the ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. This is a commission-based role, with compensation directly aligned to individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

– Source, secure, and transact residential properties across key Dubai communities

– Build and maintain relationships with private clients, investors, and market stakeholders

– Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment strategies

– Conduct property presentations and private viewings with professionalism and precision

– Develop and execute tailored marketing approaches for listings

– Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitive positioning

– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions

– Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and brokerage standards

Requirements:

– 3–5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage

– Demonstrated track record of completed transactions

– Existing network of qualified buyers and/or sellers

– Strong negotiation and closing capabilities

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Fluent English; additional languages (European or other) are a strong advantage

– Professional demeanor and client-facing presence

– Experience working with high-value clients and complex transactions

– Strong personal brand and/or network within the market

– Exposure to international or cross-border clients

– Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach
