Rose Island Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage company in the UAE, committed to delivering professional real estate services and investment opportunities to clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

We are currently looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Generate and manage property leads
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
• Negotiate and close property deals professionally
• Maintain property listings and CRM updates
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients
• Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams when required

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi or Dubai property market preferred
• CRM and social media knowledge is a plus
• Driving license is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Real estate experience is an advantage

Salary Details
Starting from AED 3,000 per month and will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
