Real Estate Broker – Abu Dhabi (UAE Real Estate Experience Required)

Top Of the Top Properties is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for professionals who already have strong knowledge of the UAE property market, particularly Abu Dhabi, and are confident in handling clients, generating leads, and closing sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Proven experience in property sales or leasing
• Familiarity with off-plan and secondary market transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Responsibilities:

• Handle buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Stay updated on market trends and available inventory
• Achieve monthly sales targets
