Real Estate Broker

Growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, currently expanding its sales team. We are hiring experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to work across both off-plan projects and secondary market properties.

This role is ideal for brokers who want to maximize their earning potential and work in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales of off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
• Build and manage a portfolio of local and international clients
• Source and list properties (apartments, villas, and luxury units)
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation to closing and transfer
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new launches

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan or secondary market)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• RERA certification is a plus
• Must be currently based in the UAE
