Job Description

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is looking for motivated and career-focused Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of the UAE real estate market, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Generate, follow up, and manage potential client leads
-Understand client requirements and present suitable property options
-Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and follow-ups
-Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
-Provide accurate property details, market updates, and investment information
-Use CRM tools to update client details, follow-ups, and sales progress
-Coordinate with internal teams for listings, marketing, and documentation
-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

-Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience
-Basic knowledge of the UAE real estate market
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Professional attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to work in a target-driven environment
-Immediate joiners are preferred
-Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
