Hiring: Experienced Real Estate Agents (95%–100% Commission Structure)

Core Responsibilities

Client Relations

Consult with clients to understand their property requirements, investment goals, preferences, and financial capabilities in order to recommend suitable real estate solutions.

Property Showings

Schedule, organize, and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.

Market Analysis

Conduct comparative market analysis to evaluate property values, market trends, and pricing strategies.

Negotiation & Contracts

Present and negotiate offers, lease terms, and transaction conditions between parties. Prepare and coordinate necessary documentation including Form A, Form B, MOU, tenancy agreements, and related contracts.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all real estate transactions comply with Dubai real estate regulations, RERA requirements, zoning laws, and brokerage standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships professionally
