Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
• Real estate certification/license (if required by local regulations).
