About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chinese‑speaking Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work with international clients, and a solid understanding of the UAE property market. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage high‑value transactions and deliver exceptional service to Chinese‑speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
• Manage the full brokerage process, including lead qualification, property presentations, and deal closures.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns targeting Chinese‑speaking audiences.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Senior Property Consultant.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
