Real Estate Broker (Commission-Based | High Earnings Potential)

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking ambitious, high-performing real estate agents (off-plan specialists) who want uncapped earning potential and access to strong developer relationships, premium projects, and serious lead support. This role is ideal for brokers who are confident in closing and prefer high commissions over fixed salary limits.

Role Overview

You will handle off-plan property sales, guide investors and end-users through project launches, and close deals aligned with company targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Dubai off-plan projects
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio
  • Advise investors on profitable opportunities
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years Dubai off-plan sales experience
  • Proven closing ability and strong negotiation skills
  • Existing client database or investor network preferred
  • Self-driven, target-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills
