About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in real estate and are passionate about closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and leasing inquiries professionally
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote company listings and increase lead conversions
• Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation
• Stay updated with market trends and developer launches

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Familiar with Dubai / Sharjah property market
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure only
