Job Description: Real Estate Broker – Off‑Plan Sales

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker specializing in Off‑Plan Sales to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the UAE off‑plan market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through investment opportunities with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off‑plan properties from leading developers across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on project launches, payment plans, investment returns, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to stay updated on new releases, inventory, and incentives.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and company‑provided channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations both in person and online.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow‑ups using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and developer launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales within the UAE market (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of major developers, communities, and upcoming projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
