Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, specifically in off-plan projects and secondary market sales & leasing.
The candidate should be proactive, client-focused, and capable of closing high-value deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Off-Plan Sales
- Promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers (Aldar, Modon, Reportage, etc.).
- Maintain updated knowledge on project launches, payment plans, unit availability, commission structures, and incentives.
- Conduct presentations and investment consultations for clients.
- Build strong relationships with developers and attend launch events, roadshows, and training sessions.
2. Secondary Market Sales & Leasing
- Handle buyer and seller requirements across Abu Dhabi communities.
- Conduct property viewings, valuations, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and ROI.
- Build and maintain a strong personal property inventory.
3. Lead Management & Client Relationship
- Respond to leads quickly and professionally.
- Maintain follow-ups and convert inquiries into sales.
- Develop long-term relationships with investors and repeat clients.
- Keep CRM updated with client interactions and deal progress.
4. Market Knowledge & Performance
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, area prices, and investment opportunities.
- Provide clients with accurate and data-backed advice.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions.
5. Advertising & Personal Branding
- Collaborate with marketing team to boost personal brand presence.
- Use property portals (Bayut, Property Finder) effectively to generate leads.
- Create simple social media content (reels, property walk-throughs) when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as a real estate agent (Abu Dhabi or Dubai preferred).
- Strong experience in off-plan sales and secondary market.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, French, or Russian is a benefit).
- Valid UAE driving license + own car.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong communication skills and high professionalism.
