Job Summary:
Al Maqyas Real Estate LLC SP is seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers specializing in residential and commercial rentals in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must possess strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of Sharjah's real estate laws, regulations, and leasing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in renting residential and commercial properties across Sharjah.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants and landlords.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Negotiate rental agreements and ensure successful closure of transactions.
• Prepare and process tenancy contracts and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all Sharjah Municipality and real estate regulations.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and client requirements.
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to company growth.
• Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate rentals, preferably in Sharjah.
• Strong knowledge of Sharjah rental market, tenancy laws, and real estate procedures.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages will be an advantage.
