Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales/rental deals. Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the UAE real estate market are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated database of listings and client requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other agents.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Prepare necessary documents and contracts as per company and UAE regulations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Knowledge of real estate CRM systems is an advantage.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
