Real Estate Broker/Agent

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and manage residential and commercial properties for sale and rent.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of DLD, RERA, and Ejari regulations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Create and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing team for property photography, social media campaigns, and lead generation.
• Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and open houses to promote listings and services.
• Prepare and manage documents including contracts, MOU, Form A/B, tenancy agreements, and POAs.
