We’re Hiring: Real Estate Business Developer

Gardenia Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our property portfolio in the Qatari market.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
• Negotiate deals and oversee the closing process.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the Qatari real estate market is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
