Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth strategies.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about available properties and services.
• Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams to support client viewings, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and corporate contacts.
• Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to brand visibility.
• Prepare weekly reports and follow structured KPIs.

Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory).
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Background in hospitality, hotel reservations, concierge, customer service, secretary, sales, or front office is highly preferred.
• Presentable, confident, and able to represent a luxury brand.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a client-focused mindset.
