We’re hiring an experienced Real Estate Business Development & Leasing Manager to join our growing student housing and co-living team in Dubai!

You’ll play a key role in expanding our community, building relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, and ensuring our spaces are filled with vibrant, engaged residents from around the world.

  • Russian language proficiency will be an advantage.

Location: Dubai

Compensation : AED 14,000 monthly salary + commission on successful deals.

Business Development & Leasing Manager

The purpose of this position is to focus on developing business for the group predominantly within the UAE. The different areas of business and income that can be generated for the company include but are not limited to income derived from lease management, overall property management, sponsorships, advertisements, and other forms of income generating methods.

Responsibilities:

Lease Management

  • Manage existing and develop new prospective relationships with institutions and agents that could refer prospective tenants to the company’s properties.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with the above and work on closing deals.
  • Monitor competition and rates in the market.
  • Search for new prospective properties and negotiate terms in the event our properties are full and require tenants to be placed.
  • Be involved in reporting data and information internally and externally to investors and stake holders.

Business Development Management

  • Seek opportunities such as entire properties with multiple units, properties with some units or even individual units that require complete property management or lease management only.
  • Negotiate terms and support with entering contracts and closing deals with opportunities as mentioned above.
  • Monitor the market and look out for competition and understand their offering.
  • Develop a network of real estate agencies, agents, brokers, master developers, property- and landowners, and others that can provide leads on such properties.
  • Scout the market with online platforms for opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing unit to develop relevant posts and or advertisements to support with business development efforts.
  • Support with government requirements when necessary.

Other initiatives

The company is regularly engaged in multiple projects and initiatives, and you may be assigned to support, coordinate, or participate in activities beyond the initial scope of the primary responsibilities as required by business needs and other jurisdictions and territories

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, leasing, or sales within the real estate industry (residential, commercial, or property management).
  • Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in market research, client relationship management, and negotiations.
  • Russian language will be an advantage.
