Responsibilities

• Work our company list of prospective buyers.
• Assist clients in identifying their property needs and preferences through engaging consultations and active listening
• Conduct property searches, showings, and open houses to showcase available listings that match client criteria
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts with sellers and other agents to secure the best possible deals for clients
• Provide expert guidance on market conditions, fair housing regulations, and legal considerations related to property transactions
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using our real estate administrative tools
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and ethical standards within the industry

Pay: $90,963.40 - $109,418.28 per year
