Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, and fast-learning Call Center Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in call centers, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage leads efficiently using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries
- Follow up with leads and potential clients in a timely and professional manner
- Update and manage customer data using CRM systems

- Maintain accurate records using Excel sheets and internal systems
- Provide detailed information about properties, services, and offers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the sales team and management when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center role (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Organized and detail-oriented
