Job Title: Property Call Center Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Call Center Coordinator to manage incoming property inquiries and support our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will handle calls from potential buyers and tenants, provide accurate property information, and coordinate appointments between clients and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients interested in property listings
  • Provide accurate information about available properties, locations, and pricing
  • Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales agents
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments for agents
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads to ensure excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with the marketing and listing teams for updated property information
  • Track inquiries and report call center performance
  • Requirements:
  • Must have at least 2 years of Previous experience in call center real estate coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of calls professionally
  • Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
  • Familiarity with real estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is preferred
  • Good computer skills and CRM knowledge
  • Must be in Abu Dhabi CIty
