Real Estate Calling Agent

We are looking for an experienced Calling Agent to join our Corporate Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven real estate calling experience, and the ability to convert inquiries into potential clients. This role requires confident customer interaction, lead qualification, and upselling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate projects
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Identify, screen, and short-list potential leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
• Perform effective upselling and cross-selling where applicable
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
• Achieve assigned call and conversion targets

Job Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate calling / telesales
• Strong customer dealing and negotiation skills
• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Urdu
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
• Expertise in cold calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion
